Cancellation Policy
Thank you for selecting our esteemed spa and salon for your beauty needs. We greatly value your patronage and would like to express our gratitude for your trust in us. It is important for us to outline our cancellation policy to ensure the smooth operation of our business and to show respect to all our clients, including those who are eagerly waiting for an appointment.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for a notice of at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of the reserved service to compensate for the time and effort allocated for your booking.

In the event of a same-day cancellation or rescheduling, a 100% service fee will be applied to cover the full cost of the missed appointment.

Cancellation of Monday + Tuesday Appointments: Any cancellations must be made before 3:00 PM on the preceding Saturday and must be verified by our front desk team to be considered valid. This procedure ensures that all changes to bookings are properly managed and acknowledged.

No call - no show: Clients who do not call to cancel will be charged the full price of the missed service - this charge cannot be transferred to a rebooked future appointment. In order to rebook a future appointment, clients with a no-show history will need to place a nonrefundable or transferable 50% deposit equal to the services rebooked.

Emails, Texts, Voicemails and DM's will not be accepted as a verified measure to cancel.
We have the right to refuse service to anyone.
